Hello, I am 22 years old and searching for a roomate for a 2-bedroom apartment with a great view of the St-Lawrence river in St-Romuald (Lévis) right across from Quebec City. Indoor parking and heated outdoor pool are included in the rent which is 415 a month + 20$ for electricity. Smokers: outside only. Preferably no cats or dogs. There is a 24-hour corner store nearby as well as a grocery store and bus routes to downtown Lévis, St-Jean-Chrysostome and Quebec city (about 15 minutes travel time).
